Salvation ..

I made this painting after having seen a program on Byzantine art. The style isn't what captured me, but the subject of the massive mosaics and paintings still viewed at Istanbul.

Salvation - a much sought after 'end and beginning' of mankind. I asked Atul to write a few lines about the painting, telling him the only word of reference. If you read this, you will know he did justice to the painting and to the whole concept.
